Established in 1981, J&K Sales Associates began as a two-person Sales Rep firm. Today, we’ve grown into an established Independent Manufacturer’s Representative with 25 employees responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support on the product lines we represent.
Introduce
We proudly introduce and announce the latest products from our fine manufacturers to the market and look to build excitement and demand.
Educate
We provide comprehensive technical and sales driven product presentations to educate customers, making them more comfortable.
Train
Our facility includes an on-site, 35-seat training classroom to educate employees on our product lines. We also offer remote training options.
Support
We offer in-the-field, hands-on support and pride ourselves on technical and customer service support inside and outside.
State-of-the-Art
Headquarters & Facilities
The J&K Sales Associates main office is located in Manchester, NH on East Industrial Park Drive, providing easy access to Rte 93 and all of New England. Our 4,500+ square-foot office houses our sales, marketing, sales administration, and technical support staff. To support education and training, our facility includes:
28,000 Sq. Ft. Warehouse
Our warehouse provides plenty of storage for stock, supporting our role as a buy/sell representative for many product lines.
Live-Fire Equipment Lab
This lab highlights our technical equipment lines and the live-fire units give the advantage of hands-on training, troubleshooting, and real-time operation. Contractor training is a hybrid of classroom and hands-on instruction.
35-Seat Training Classroom
We recognize the importance of instruction and use our 35-seat classroom to provide on-site training for all our product lines.
Live-Fire Vehicle Fleet
Our vehicle fleet includes a live-fire trailer for on-site training at wholesale and contractor locations. Outside technical advisors and trainers also have J&K vans carrying compact live-fire displays for any situation.
